 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE (BY JULY 20, 2022), THE
 PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE
 CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE PARKING PROVIDED TABLE INCORRECTLY REDUCED THE
 REMOVED THE THREE PARKING SPACES FROM THE GARAGE LINE
 AND NOT THE SURFACE LINE.
  
 2) THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL
 SALES AND SERVICE FACILITIES REQUIRE 1 PARKING SPACE
 PER 500 SQUARE FEET OF ENCLOSED AREA. THE PARKING
 REQUIRED TABLE WAS NOT UPDATED TO REFLECT THE
 ADDITIONAL 202 SQUARE FOOT BATTERY STORAGE BUILDING.
 YOU WILL NEED TO DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. UPDATE THE PARKING REQUIRED TABLE TO INCLUDE THE
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE. NOTE: THIS WILL NOT INCREASE
 THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES (STILL 238), NOR
 IS A PARKING DEFICIENCY CREATED.
  
 B. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE NEW STORAGE BUILDING SO THAT
 STAFF CAN VERIFY IF THIS IS NOT "ENCLOSED" AREA AND
 THUS NOT SUBJECT TO THE PARKING REQUIREMENT. NOTE: IF
 THIS AREA IS EVER ENCLOSED IN THE FUTURE, THEN THE
 TABLE WOULD NEED TO BE UPDATED, SO IT MAY BE BETTER TO
 UPDATE THE TABLE AS STATED IN COMMENT 2A.
