 AREA OF THE POTENTIAL FUTURE BEST BUY CONNECTION WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE AND NOT PAVED. AT SUCH TIME AS BEST BUY
 WISHES TO CONSTRUCT THE CONNECTION, THEY WILL NEED TO
 PROVIDE THE REVISED PLANS SHOWING THE PHYSICAL
 CONNECTION.
  
 2) THERE APPEARS TO BE A LIGHT POLE BASE FOR THE PAY
 CANOPY WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE BRANDSMART
 SIDE OF THE SITE. WHILE NO SPECIFICATIONS WERE PROVIDED
 FOR THIS POLE, THE ABOVE GROUND PORTION OF THE POLE (TO
 INCLUDE THE BASE IF IT EXTENDS ABOVE GRADE) MUST MEET
 THE REQUIRED FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK. THIS SETBACK
 DIMENSION MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) LIGHT POLES ARE SHOWN IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON THE
 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS, THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND THE
 ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN (PROVIDED WITH THE BUILDING
 PERMIT). THE PLANS MUST BE REVISED TO SHOW CONSISTENT
 CONDITIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OPTIONS ARE TO LOCATE
 THE POLES/FIXTURES AWAY FROM THE TREES OR USE LOWER
 POLE HEIGHTS TO HAVE THE FIXTURES UNDER THE TREE
 CANOPIES. THERE ARE LANDSCAPE CONFLICTS BASED ON THE
 ELECTRIC SITE PLAN.
  
 4) STRUCTURAL SOIL MUST BE USED UNDER THE SIDEWALK
 ADJACENT TO THE GUMBO LIMBO TREE IN THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND THAT ALSO CONTAINS THE DUMPSTER AND VACUUM
 EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE CODE COMPLIANT ROOT
 GROWTH AREA. THE LANDSCAPE AND CIVIL PLANS MUST CLEARLY
 INDICATE THE USE OF THE STRUCTURAL SOIL AND ITS
 COMPOSITION.
  
 5) THE IRRIGATION AND TURNING PLANS DO NOT NEED TO BE
 UPDATED AND RESUBMITTED WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT.

 B. THE CIVIL PLAN SHOWS THE PAY STATION ENCROACHING
 INTO THE REQUIRED SITE SETBACK AND LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
 C. ALL FOUR PLANS HAVE DISCREPANCIES AROUND THE
 BUILDING. EX: BUILDING LAYOUT ON CIVIL DOES NOT MATCH,
 THE PLAZA AND FEATURES ALONG EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE DO
 NOT MATCH, AND THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES WITH THE ADA
 RAMPS ALONG THE PARKING LOT. THERE MAY BE MORE - IT IS
 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL THE BASE PLANS MATCH
 AND MEET CODE.
  
 2) THE NEW VACUUM ENCLOSURE CHANGES THE APPROVED
 TERMINAL ISLAND LANDSCAPE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE
 PROVIDED BY RAY CARANCI, LANDSCAPE PLANNER:
  
 A. THE LIVE OAK THAT WAS APPROVED TO BE RELOCATED TO
 THE TERMINAL ISLAND HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE RETENTION
 AREA, AND THE TERMINAL ISLAND TREE IS PROPOSED TO BE
 REPLACED WITH 2 RELOCATED SABALS AND ONE NEW ONE. THIS
 NEEDS TO BE A TREE AND THE 75% CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREE
 REQUIREMENT NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED.
 B. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE IDENTIFYING
 NUMBER FOR EACH OF THE RELOCATED TREES AND PALMS ON THE
 PLAN SO VERIFY WHAT THEY ARE.

 2) THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS FAIL TO SHOW THE CURB
 LINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS PRE-SUBMITTED TO
 PLANNING ON MARCH 7, 2022 AND APPROVED.
  
 3) THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS DO NOT CALL OUT THE HEIGHT OF
 THE ROOF AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE TOP OF THE
 PARAPET, THOUGH IT SCALES AT FOUR (4) FEET DIFFERENCE.
 VERIFICATION THAT THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL
 NOT EXCEED THE HEIGHT OF THE PARAPETS MUST BE PROVIDED
 AS IT IS ON THE CURRENTLY APPROVED DRAWINGS.
  
 4) THE BUILDING SIGNAGE SHOWN ON THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS
 EXCEEDS CODE ALLOWANCES. THE SIGNAGE MUST BE REMOVED
 FROM THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS AS IT WILL BE APPROVED AS
 PART OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
