 1. SATISFIED, REMOVED FROM PLANS. THE 2 CRAPE MYRTLE
 TREES INDICATED AS BEING RELOCATED ARE ON THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY, SO A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED
 AND SIGNED BY THAT PROPERTY OWNER. THE TREES MUST BE
 RELOCATED ON THAT PROPERTY IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER, AS
 THEY ARE PART OF THE BUFFER REQUIREMENT. REVISE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO REFLECT THIS.
