 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY FEBRUARY 9,
 2022), THE PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT
 THAT THE CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE

 1) PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE VEHICLE SIZE AND
 FREQUENCY THAT WILL BE ACCESSING THE ROLL UP DOORS AT
 THE NEW MAINTENANCE BUILDING. STAFF IS CONCERNED THE
 15-FOOT WIDTH OF THE ENTRY DRIVE MAY BE TOO NARROW.
  
 2) THE ROLL UP DOORS AND THUS THE LOADING AND ACTIVITY
 FOR THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING FACE A RESIDENTIAL
 DEVELOPMENT. STAFF IS CONCERNED WITH THE NEGATIVE
 IMPACTS THAT MAY RESULT FROM THIS ACTIVITY AREA FACING
 TO THE NORTH. IF THE BUILDING CANNOT BE FLIPPED, THEN
 THE REQUIRED SOLID WALL/FENCE MUST BE INSTALLED TO
 BUFFER THE IMPACTS OF THE NEW STRUCTURE FROM THE
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
  
 3) THE EXISTING TREES ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE,
 NORTH OF THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING, ARE SHOWN IN THE
 PAVED AREA.
  
 4) THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING CONTAINS MORE THAN JUST
 STORAGE. THE ACTUAL USES AND THEIR SQUARE FOOTAGE NEED
 TO BE REFLECTED ON THE REQUIRED PARKING TABLE.
  
 5) THE NEW STORAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE AT THE MEMORIAL
 PAVILION EXPANSION NEEDS TO BE REFLECTED ON THE PARKING
 TABLE.
  
 6) THE PARKING TABLE LISTS 7 LESS PARKING SPACES
 PROVIDED FROM THE LAST MINOR AMENDMENT APPROVAL. STAFF
 CAN ONLY LOCATE 2 SPACES REMOVED BY THE TEMPORARY
 TRAILERS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 7) THE SIGNS ARE REQUESTING A WAIVER FROM THE INCORRECT
 SECTION OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 THE WAIVERS NEED TO BE SHOWN FROM SECTION 94-408.F.2,
 WHICH REGULATES SIGNS IN THE COMMUNITY SERVICE ZONING
 DISTRICT (NOTE: THERE MAY BE LESS REQUIRED). PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE NUMBER OF FREE-STANDING SIGNS ON THE SITE
 WILL BE CORRECTED TO PERMIT FOUR TOTAL SIGNS (CURRENTLY
 THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A WAIVER FOR THE TWO SIGNS).
  
 8) THE NORTH ENTRANCE TO THE SITE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR
 SERVICE VEHICLES AND NOT THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT INDICATES THAT THIS NEW SIGN IS
 FOR WAYFINDING AT THE ENTRANCE POINTS; HOWEVER, THIS IS
 NOT AN ACTUAL ENTRANCE POINT FOR THE PUBLIC, WHICH
 WOULD RESULT IN A POTENTIAL PROBLEM WITH A MEMBER OF
 THE PUBLIC TRYING TO ENTER THE SITE AT THIS LOCATION.
 IF A SIGN IS NECESSARY HERE, THEN IT SHOULD INCLUDE A
 NOTE STATING, "SERVICE ENTRANCE ONLY", EITHER REPLACING
 OR UNDERNEATH THE "EUNICE J. GARDINER CAMPUS". IF THE
 SECOND OPTION, THEN THE FONT NEEDS TO BE SMALLER.
