| | A FEE, FISHING VENTURES FOR A FEE, MARINE SALVAGE |
| | VENTURES, TEACHING OR TRAINING OF ANY MARINE-RELATED |
| | ACTIVITY, AND THE SALE OF MARINE-RELATED PRODUCTS. |

| | FOR THE PROPOSED DOCK, ALL MOORING SLIPS SHALL BE |
| | PROVIDED WITH APPROPRIATE CONNECTIONS FOR POTABLE WATER |
| | AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE. |

| | 6. THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVED HEREBY SHALL BE COMMENCED |
| | WITHIN THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THIS |
| | APPROVAL. IF DEVELOPMENT OF THE APPROVAL IS NOT |
| | COMMENCED WITHIN SAID THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTH PERIOD, |

| | DESIGNEE, IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT ONE (1) EXTENSION OF |
| | TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT UPON A SHOWING BY |
| | THE APPLICANT/OWNER THAT A GOOD FAITH EFFORT HAS BEEN |
| | MADE TO ACQUIRE A BUILDING PERMIT AND TO COMMENCE THE |
