 -TWO UTILITY POLES AND WATER METER BOX MISSING FROM
 SURVEY NEAR SOUTH PROPERTY LINE. SEWER CLEANOUT MISSING
 FROM EAST SIDEWALK. PLEASE ADD ON NEW SURVEY.
  
 -OVERHEAD UTILITIES ARE RUNNING ALONG SOUTH PROPERTY
 LINE. VERIFY IF THERE IS A UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE. ADD TO SURVEY IF ONE EXISTS.
  
 -LOW HANGING OVERHEAD UTILITY LINES RUN FROM TWO
 UTILITY POLES AT SOUTH PROPERTY LINE TO THE EXISTING
 HOUSE. THEY WOULD LIKELY CONFLICT WITH ANY BUILDING
 STRUCTURES FOR NEW LOT.
  
 -THE WATER METER FOR EXISTING BUILDING IS LOCATED AT
 FAR SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HISTORIC PROPERTY. THERE MAY BE
 CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION DEPENDING ON WHERE
 PLUMBING RUNS.

 IN SUCH RESTRICTIONS ARE LIMITATIONS ON WHICH STREETS
 LOTS CAN FRONT ONTO, PLACEMENT OF BUILDINGS, APPROVALS
 OF BUILDING PLANS, ETC. IF A TITLE REPORT WAS PREPARED,
 CAN THIS BE SHARED WITH CITY STAFF FOR REFERENCE? STAFF
 WILL FOLLOW UP SOON REGARDING THE ENFORCEABILITY (IF
 ANY) OF THE "RESERVATION AND RESTRICTIONS".
