 THEY CHOOSE TO ADD ART FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSE THEY MAY
 DO SO HOWEVER IT WILL NOT APPLY TO THE CITY?S PUBLIC
 ART REQUIREMENT. MORSELIFE IS SUBJECT TO THE PUBLIC ART
 REQUIREMENT FOR THE NEW DEVELOPMENT ON THE NORTH SIDE
 OF THEIR CAMPUS.
  
 I REVIEWED THE FOLLOWING WITH MR. MILLAGE:
  
 SECTION 78-122 EXTERIOR MEANS ANY PLACE, PUBLIC OR
 PRIVATE, OUTDOOR AND EXTERIOR TO BUILDINGS OR
 STRUCTURES
 AND EXPOSED TO PUBLIC VIEW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
 TO, BUILDINGS, PARKS, RIGHT-OF-WAY MEDIANS
 AND OPEN SPACES.
  
 PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT MEANS THE ASSESSMENT OF ONE
 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT OF
 THE CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT THAT
 EQUALS OR EXCEEDS $500,000, WHICH MAY BE
 DISCOUNTED AS PROVIDED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PUBLIC PLACE MEANS ANY PLACE, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE,
 EXPOSED TO PUBLIC VIEW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO, BUILDINGS, PARKS, RIGHT-OF-WAY MEDIANS AND
 OPEN SPACES. OR ANY PLACE OWNED AND
 OPERATED BY A GOVERNMENT OR GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY AND
 WHICH IS ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC.

 WALK-IN COOLER:
  
 1) SHEET L102 AND SHEET A1 SHOW DIFFERENT MEASURE
 POINTS AND POSSIBLY DIMENSIONS FOR THE FREEZER AREA.
 STAFF WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY ANY DIMENSIONS BE SCALING
 THE PLANS SINCE THE PLAN SCALE LISTED DOES NOT MATCH
 THE DIMENSIONS ON EITHER PLAN. NOTE: THE SCALE ON SHEET
 L102 DOES NOT MATCH WHAT IS LISTED AS 1:30 - IT APPEARS
 SHRUNK ON THE PAGE. THE FREEZER UNIT DIMENSIONS (WHEN
 SCALED FROM THE ELEVATION AND SECTION DRAWINGS) MATCH
 THE FREEZER PAD DIMENSIONS. THE CANOPY WIDTH ALSO SEEMS
 TO MATCH. THE DEPTH OF THE CANOPY IS NOT CORRECT.
  
 2) STAFF NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THE DRIVE
 AISLE CLEARANCE OF 20 FEET IS MAINTAINED FROM THE
 PROPOSED BOLLARD AND THE CURB ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
