 1. THE PLANS INCLUDE NOTES STATING THAT AN ELECTRIC
 VEHICLE ADA PARKING SPACE, THE TRANSFORMER AND THE
 TRANSFORMER SCREENING WILL BE INSTALLED AS PART OF A
 DIFFERENT ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER INSTALLATION. ZONING
 WILL NOT APPROVE THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE UPGRADES
 APPROVED AS PART OF THIS MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT UNTIL AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE ADA PARKING SPACE
 AND THE LANDSCAPE SCREENING FOR THE TRANSFORMER ARE
 INSTALLED.
  
 2. PARKING MUST BE WHITE DOUBLE STRIPED IN ACCORDANCE

 OF THE SIX PARKING SPACES DID NOT REDUCE THE PARKING
 WITHIN ALL OF ROSEMARY SQUARE BELOW THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS. JORDAN RATHLEV, VICE PRESIDENT, RELATED
 COMPANIES PROVIDED STAFF WITH THE LATEST COPY OF THE
 UPDATED OVERALL ROSEMARY SQUARE PARKING COUNT FOR AN
 ALTERNATIVE APPLICATION, WHICH SHOWS THE SIX PARKING
 SPACES REMOVED. THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE
 PARKING TABLE THAT YOU PROVIDED ON THE PLAN AND THE
 INFORMATION THAT MR. RATHLEV PROVIDED. STAFF WILL
 REDLINE THE PLANS BASED ON FOLLOW UP DISCUSSION WITH
 MR. RATHLEV.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT, WHICH
 INCLUDES ROSEMARY SQUARE, REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, TO INCLUDE TRANSFORMERS, IS SCREENED FROM
 PUBLIC VIEW. STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THE APPLICATION
 WITH AN UNSCREENED TRANSFORMER ADJACENT TO THE
 SIDEWALK.
  
 CONDITION: PARKING MUST BE DOUBLE STRIPED IN ACCORDANCE

 PROPOSAL. STAFF WILL VERIFY THAT THE OVERALL ROSEMARY
 SQUARE PARKING COUNT MEETS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2) SHEET C-2 DEMOLITION PLAN MUST INCLUDE THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE AFFECTED AREAS.
  
 3) SHEET C-1 NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE FULL DIMENSION OF THE
 REMAINING NON-EV PARKING SPACES ON LEVEL 2 SO THAT
 STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT ENOUGH LINER FEET REMAINS FOR THE
 NUMBER OF SPACES SHOWN AS REMAINING.
  
 4) THE EV ADA PARKING SPACES SHOWN ON SHEET C-3 IS
 SHOWN AS ONLY 10 FEET IN WIDTH AS OPPOSED TO THE
 REQUIRED ADA WIDTH OF 12 FEET. THE ADA PARKING SPACE
 MUST MEET THE REQUIRED MINIMUM WIDTH. NOTE: WIDENING
 THIS SPACE MAY MAKE THE ADJACENT SPACE NON-CONFORMING.
  
 5) SHOW THE EXISTING BICYCLE RACK AND MOTORCYCLE
 PARKING TO THE WEST OF THE ENTRY DRIVE AND HOW THIS
 WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED ADA TRAVEL ROUTE. THE
 STRIPED PATH MUST EXTEND TO THE SIDEWALK, NOT STOP
 WHERE CURRENTLY SHOWN.
  
 6) SHEET C-3 INCLUDES NOTES STATING THAT CONDUIT WILL
 BE MOUNTED TO THE GARAGE WALL. NO CONDUIT MAY BE
 MOUNTED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE GARAGE WALL. ANY CONDUIT
 RUNS NEED TO BE INSIDE THE GARAGE.
  
 7) THE PLANS SHOW THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW TRANSFORMER
 OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE ALONG HIBISCUS STREET. THE
 PROPOSED LOCATION IS IN A LANDSCAPE AREA. YOU MUST SHOW
 HOW THE LANDSCAPE IS BEING AFFECTED AND THAT THE GARAGE
 WILL STILL HAVE THE REQUIRED FOUNDATION
 PLANTING/LANDSCAPE BUFFER ONCE. ADDITIONALLY,
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, TO INCLUDE TRANSFORMERS, WITHIN
 ROSEMARY SQUARE ARE REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC
 VIEW. YOU MUST SHOW HOW THE NEW TRANSFORMER COMPLIES
 WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. NOTE: IT IS SHOWN WITH THE DOORS
 OPENING TOWARD THE SIDEWALK, WHICH WOULD NOT PERMIT
 SCREENING AND THUS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE INSTALLATION
