 NOTE THAT A LADDER WILL BE PROVIDED ON PLANS.
  
 NOTE THAT STREET ADDRESS WILL BE VISIBLE FROM THE
 WATERWAY WITH WATER-RESISTANT REFLECTIVE NUMERALS
 CORRESPONDING TO THE STREET ADDRESS OF THE UPLAND
 PROPERTY ON PLANS.
  
 THE HEIGHT OF THE PILINGS ON THE DOCK CANNOT EXCEED THE
 HEIGHT OF THE DOCK, WHICH CANNOT EXCEED THE HEIGHT OF
 THE BULKHEAD. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SECURITY FENCES,
 BOAT LIFTS, AND MOORING DEVICES, EVERYTHING ELSE NEEDS
 TO MEET THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT.
