 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 VALVES AND EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BIKE RACKS.
  
 2. SATISFIED UNABLE TO FIND ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN THE
 PLANTING LOCATIONS FOR RELOCATED TREES. THE ANTICIPATED
 LOCATIONS OF THE TREES NEED TO BE SHOWN.
  
 3. SATISFIED. CONTINUE THE BUILDINGS FOUNDATION HEDGE
 PLANTING ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPOSED PARKING
 PAD. THE EXTENDED LANDSCAPE HEDGE WILL HELP PROVIDE A
 VISUAL SCREENING BUFFER FOR TEMPORARY TRAILERS AND HELP
 MITIGATE GREEN SPACE LOST FOR THE PARKING PAD.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 8/4/21:
  
 4. ADD THE INFORMATION TO THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(E)(1) THAT AT LEAST 30
 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF ALL
 COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES,
 SHRUBS OR HEDGES. USING THE PAD AS THE BASIS FOR THE
 LARGEST STRUCTURE TO BE PLACED THERE, PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED LINEAR FOOTAGE.
  
 5. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS CHART.
