 1. SATISFIED PROVIDE A QUALIFYING TREE IN THE REQUIRED
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN THE NORTH END OF THE EAST
 ROW OF PARALLEL PARKING. THE FPL TRANSFORMER IS SHOWN
 IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND WILL DISPLACE THE APPROVED
 CRAPE MYRTLE TREE. ALTERNATIVE LOCATION SHOULD BE
 PROPOSED FOR THE TRANSFORMER. IF THE TRANSFORMER IS
 ALREADY INSTALLED, POSSIBLY THE SPACES COULD BE SHIFTED
 SOUTH TO ALLOW FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE REQUIRED
 TREE.

 MOUNTED VALVES AND EQUIPMENT. HEDGE NOT REQUIRED ON THE

 3. SATISFIED. SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES MUST BE A
 MINIMUM 12FT IN HEIGHT AND FLORIDA GRADE #1 OR BETTER.
 ADJUST ON PLANT LIST ORANGE GEIGER AND CRAPE MYRTLE
 SIZE. PLAN WAS APPROVED PRIOR TO HEIGHT CHANGE, MATCHES

 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIGHT POLE FIXTURES MUST BE
 SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 25 FT. FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY
 LINE; 5 FT. FROM THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINES. THE
 LIGHT FIXTURES DO NOT SEEM TO COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS. AN ALTERNATIVE MAY BE TO PROVIDE LIGHTING

 NOTE: ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE SHIELDED TO REDUCE
 GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE
 AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT
 RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES. [ZLDR S.94-309(A)]
  
 8.) PLEASE CONFIRM WITH VALERIO ORRICHIO, CITY
 TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER, TO DETERMINE THAT THE
 RELOCATION OF THE SECOND ON-STREET PARKING SPOT WILL
 NOT OBSTRUCT SIGHT VISIBILITY. THE SECOND ON STREET
 PARKING STALL WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED IF IT OBSTRUCTS
 SIGHT VISIBILITY.
  
 9.) WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE PHASE II FENCE AND
 SECURITY GATE? THE HEIGHT SHALL BE NOTED IN THE PLANS
 TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). IS THERE A DETAIL?
