 AS A FRONT LOT LINE.
  
 4.) THE REQUIRED BUILDING SETBACK FROM THE FRONT LOT
 LINE IS 20 FT. ACCORDING TO THE PLANS, A 5 FT. SETBACK
 IS PROVIDED, AND THEREFORE, A WAIVER SHALL BE REQUIRED.
