 1. SATISFIED. TREES 314, 315, AND 417A WERE REMOVED IN
 VIOLATION OF THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT AND THE
 APPROVED AND PERMITTED LANDSCAPE PLANS. IN ORDER TO
 COMPENSATE FOR THE LOSS OF THE MATURE TREES, INCREASING
 THE SIZES OF THE NEW LIVE OAK AND GUMBO LIMBO TREES IN
 THE AREA WOULD RESULT IN QUICKER TREE CANOPY
 REPLACEMENT IN ADDITION TO MEETING THE MITIGATION
 REQUIRED.

 PROVIDED, BUT CAN ONLY ACCOUNT FOR 2100 SQ FT IN

 LT 2 ADDITIONAL =200 SQ FT

 THIS IS ONLY 2000 SQ FT ADDED , SO ANOTHER 1,146 SQ FT
 OF CANOPY IS DUE. I MISTAKENLY COUNTED THE CRAPE
 MYRTLES AS CATEGORY 2 IN MY INITIAL EMAIL.
 THIS WOULD REPLACE THE CANOPY LOST AND PROVIDE THE
 LARGER TREES AS COMPENSATION FOR THE TREES REMOVED IN
 VIOLATION OF THE PERMIT.
 2. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE TREE DISPOSITION PLAN AND
 LIST FOR THE FOLLOWING:

 THE PLANS. THE JFK SIGN PLAN HAS DIFFERING ALLOWANCES
 FOR MONUMENT AND DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
  
 3) SHEET C300:
  
 A. THE DIRECTIONAL SIGN FOR CLIENTS ENTERING FROM NORTH
 CONGRESS NEEDS TO BE SHOWN. THE ORIGINAL SIGN WAS IN AN
 ISLAND THAT WAS RECONFIGURED. IT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED
 WHERE IT DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH THE TERMINAL ISLAND
 TREES.
  
 B. A DIRECTIONAL SIGN NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED TO DIRECT
 AMBULANCES TO THEIR EMERGENCY ROOM ENTRANCE ON THE
 NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND THE NON-AMBULANCE
 CLIENTS TO THEIR ENTRANCE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING VIA THE SOUTHBOUND ONE-WAY DRIVE. THIS SIGN
 MAY BE WHAT IS INTENDED AS SIGN #2.
  
 C. THE "LOCATION OF MONUMENT SIGN #2" WAS INSTALLED ON
 THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY WITHOUT A PERMIT AND MUST BE
 REMOVED.
  
 D. THE "PROPOSED RELOCATION OF MONUMENT SIGN #2 WITH NO
 REVISIONS" IS SHOWN ON THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY WHICH
 IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 4) SHEET C301:
  
 A. WHERE IS "MONUMENT SIGN #2" CURRENTLY LOCATED THAT
 IS PROPOSED TO BE MOVED? IS THIS THE SIGN THAT IS
 ADJACENT TO THE DRIVE TO THE MAIN HOSPITAL ENTRANCE?
 YOU MAY WANT TO ADD A SIGN AND NOT RELOCATE THE
 EXISTING ONE.
  
 5) THE PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS TO GET
 CLIENTS (AND AMBULANCES) WHO ENTER VIA THE SOUTHERN
 DRIVEWAY TO ENTRANCES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. THIS IS THE SIGNAGE THAT IS REQUIRED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATION. STAFF WILL BE SENDING A MARK-UP
 AS PART OF AN E-MAIL DIRECTLY TO THE APPLICANT TO
 CLARIFY.
  
 6) PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE ENTRY DRIVE TO THE MAIN
 HOSPITAL WILL BE RECONFIGURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS. THE LATEST PICTOMETRY PHOTOS DO NOT
 SHOW THIS WORK HAVING COMMENCED. NOT PERFORMING THE
 APPROVED WORK IN THIS AREA WOULD CREATE NUMEROUS SITE
 AND LANDSCAPE ISSUES WITH THE OVERALL MASTER PLAN.
  
 7) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE NOT SUBMITTED IN ELECTRONIC
