 NONCONFORMITY TO THE LANDSCAPE CODE FOR REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS. FOR COMMERCIAL ZONING, A LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER OF 5 FEET IS REQUIRED INSIDE ALL PROPERTY LINES
