 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED SHADE TREE LIVE OAK
 IN THE TERMINAL ISLAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 GENERATOR SINCE THE SPACE IS NO LONGER TAKEN BY THE FPL
 TRANSFORMER.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE DEPTH SPECIFIED FOR THE ROOT
 BARRIERS ALONG THE 27TH ST SIDEWALK. THEY CANNOT BE
 DEEPER THAN 12 INCHES TO PROTECT THE SIDEWALK YET ALLOW
 THE TREE ROOTS TO ACCESS THE STRUCTURAL SOIL FOR
 GROWTH.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THE 20 FOOT HEIGHT FOR THE REPLACEMENT
 LIVE OAK TREES MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENT TO PROVIDE THE
 SAME SHADE THAT WAS LOST DUE TO THE NEGLECT AND DEATH
 OF THE TRANSPLANTED OAKS. TALLER AND WIDER
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOULD BE INDICATED ON THE PLAN.
