 FORMAT OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A NUMBER OF FEATURES LABELED AS
 "PROPOSED". THIS IS THE AS-BUILD PLAN SO THESE ARE NO
 LONGER PROPOSED. THE PROPOSED LABELS NEED TO BE
 REMOVED.
  
 2) THE ELEVATION AND CANOPY DRAWINGS SUBMITTED WITH
 THIS AS BUILT AMENDMENT ARE TITLED "PROPOSED". THE
 DRAWINGS INCLUDED WITH THE AS BUILT PLANS NEED TO BE
 THE LATEST PERMIT APPROVED PLANS, NOT "PROPOSED"
 SHEETS. NOTE: THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT "PROPOSED" PLANS AND THE APPROVED PERMIT
 PLANS.
  
 3) THE RECENT FINAL SETBACK SURVEYS FOR THE PORTE
 COCHERES SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE BUILDING PERMIT CLOSE
 OUT PROCESS DO NOT SHOW THE SAME SETBACKS AS LISTED ON
 THE SITE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THIS AS BUILT AMENDMENT
 NOR SOME OF THE APPROVED BUILDING PERMITS. ALL SETBACKS
 MUST BE CONSISTENT AND MEET MINIMUM CODE REQUIREMENTS
 AND ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS AND MEASURE
 POINTS TO THE SUPPORT COLUMNS (NOT ROOF LINE).
  
 4) THE PERMITTED FLAG POLE IS NOT SHOWN ON ANY OF THE
 PLANS. ALL PERMITTED CHANGES TO THE PLANS MUST BE SHOWN
 ON THE AS BUILT MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 5) THE BICYCLE RACKS SHOWN ON THE REGULATING PLAN DO
 NOT MATCH THOSE PERMITTED AND INSTALLED. SHEET RP.1
 NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE AS BUILT CONDITIONS.
  
 6) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AROUND THE BACK FLOW PREVENTER BY
 THE ARTIST DROP OFF IS NOT THE AS BUILT CONDITION.
 NOTE: SINCE THE LANDSCAPE PLANS HAVE NOT PASSED FINAL
 INSPECTION, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 WILL NOT BE THE FINAL AS BUILT PLANS.
