 AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE AND WEIR IN THE CATCH
 BASIN ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE, SOUTH OF THE
 PROPOSED DUMPSTER LOCATION. THE WESTERN CONTROL
 STRUCTURE WILL PREVENT STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM THE TWO
 NORTHERN EXISTING CATCH BASINS FROM REACHING THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH. ADVISE IF THE WESTERN CONTROL
 STRUCTURE IS NEEDED.
  
 2. THIS EXISTING SYSTEM IS CONNECTED TO THE BELVEDERE
 ROAD DRAINAGE SYSTEM. THIS ROADWAY DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS
 EITHER MAINTAINED BY FDOT OR PALM BEACH COUNTY. OBTAIN
 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE APPROPRIATE ENTITY TO CONTINUE
 THIS DRAINAGE CONNECTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PROPOSED GRADES IN THE DRIVEWAY
 PAVER AREA ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SITE SHOWING THE
 CENTER OF THE PAVER AREA IS LOWER THAN THE EDGE OF
 PAVEMENT ALONG THE OUTER CURB AND THAT RUNOFF WILL NOT
 FLOW FROM THE DRIVEWAY AREA TO THE SIDEWALK OPENINGS ON
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4. PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE PERVIOUS PAVER DESIGN.
  
 5. STAFF SUGGESTS ADDING BAFFLES IN CB#1 QND CB#2 TO
 EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH. THESE
 STRUCTURES MAY NOT SEE MUCH SURFACE RUNOFF DUE TO BEING

 BOARD AGENDA, SIGNS SHALL BE POSTED ON THE PROPERTY NO
 LATER THAN DECEMBER 2, 2019. SIGNAGE SHALL CONFORM, AND
 BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; SUCH
 REQUIREMENTS ARE ALSO PROVIDED IN THE DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION. A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED BY THE DEADLINE REFERENCED ABOVE.
  
 H) IF AFTER THE CASE HAS BEEN ADVERTISED THE APPLICANT
 DESIRES TO REQUEST A CONTINUANCE, A FEE OF $50 PLUS THE
 COST OF ADVERTISING WILL BE CHARGED.
