 8. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT
 INFRASTRUCTURE AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS. THIS INCLUDES
 WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY
 FIELD STRUCTURES THAT COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
 IF A SEPARATE SHEET IS NEEDED, PLEASE PROVIDE IT AT
 THIS TIME FOR REVIEW.
  
 9. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 AND UTILITIES.

 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:

 APPEARS TO BE RADIUS, NOT DIAMETER. PLEASE CORRECT.
 ? AREA OF CANOPY COVERAGE IS CALCULATED AS PI TIMES
 RADIUS SQUARED. PLEASE CORRECT.
 ? TOTAL ALL CANOPY CALCULATIONS FOR TREES AND PALMS
 REMOVED BY CATEGORY FOR 1:1 AND SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR ALL
 20 FEET AND ABOVE DIAMETER.
 ? PROVIDE A TOTAL BY CATEGORY FOR ALL NEW TREES
 PROPOSED. CATEGORY 1 =300 SQ FT, CATEGORY 2 =150 SQ FT,
 CATEGORY 3= 100 SQ FT, CATEGORY 4 = 50 SQ FT.
  
 11. THE TOTAL TREES PROVIDED HAS DROPPED FROM 445 ON
 THE APPROVED PLANS TO 437. EXPLAIN THE CHANGE.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
  
 1. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO
 THE PROPERTY. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A SEPARATE
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
