 2. FLOOD ZONE. ACCORDING TO THE ADOPTED FLOOD INSURANCE
 RATE MAPS (FIRMS), THE PROPOSED BUILDING IS IN FLOOD
 ZONE AE, WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 12 FT NAVD. THE
 FIRST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING AND ALL ASSOCIATED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (CHILLERS, GENERATORS ETC.) SHALL
 BE 24 INCHES (FREEBOARD) ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION.
  
 3. NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. SHEET C101,
 DEMOLITION PLAN, SHOWS THE REMOVAL OF 4 ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES, BUT SHEET C301, SITE PLAN, SHOWS ONLY 2
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES BEING REINSTATED. THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS TABLES ON BOTH SHEET C300 AND C301, SITE
 PLAN, STATE THAT 8 ACCESSIBLE SPACES (6 + 2) ARE
 PROPOSED, BUT THE PLANS ONLY SHOW THE LOCATION OF 2 OF
 THOSE SPACES. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES PROVIDED SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
