 1. THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION LINES LOCATED IN THE CENTER
 OF EXISTING PARKING AREAS CREATES A NONCONFORMITY TO
 THE LANDSCAPE CODE FOR REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFERS.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF ACTUAL LANDSCAPE AREA AND
 PERVIOUS AREA FOR THE EXISTING LOTS AND PROPOSED LOTS
 IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF ANY NONCONFORMITY IS CREATED
 OR INCREASED.
