 THE LEVEL 0" INDICATION ON THE PLAN DRAWING DOES NOT
 APPEAR TO BE AT THE LOWEST LEVEL OF FIRE DEPARTMENT
 VEHICLE ACCESS. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE ACCESS
 POINT COULD BE WELL BELOW THE LEVEL 0", AND THIS
 BUILDING WOULD BE CONSIDERED A HIGH RISE.

 PALM BEACH FIRE RESCUE. TESTING SHALL BE BY AN
 ACCEPTABLE NATIONAL STANDARD DOCUMENTING PERCENTAGES
 NOTED ABOVE AND BY ACTUAL RADIO TESTING BY FIRE
 PERSONNEL. IF THE MINIMUM CANNOT BE MAINTAINED, A
 BI-DIRECTIONAL AMPLIFIED SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
 A MINIMUM 2-HOUR RUN TIME BATTERY BACK-UP.
  
 14. KNOX-BOX KEY SYSTEM SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS
 BUILDING.
  
 ANY GATES SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH KNOX KEY ACCESS LOCKS,

 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE

 SO AS TO ALLOW ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS AND WINDOWS ON
 THE PROMINENT CORNERS.
  
 9. PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 10. BIKE RACKS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT BOTH ENTRANCES INTO
 THE BUILDING, OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE BICYCLE STORAGE
 FACILITIES WITHIN THE BUILDING. OPTIONS SHOULD BE
 CONSIDERED FOR BICYCLE STORAGE THAT WOULD ALLOW
 STUDENTS TO STORE THEIR BICYCLE OUTSIDE OF THE ELEMENTS
 FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.
  
 11. PLEASE LABEL THE ROOMS, ETC. ON THE VARIOUS FLOOR
 PLANS.
