 SPECIAL REVIEW APPROVAL FROM DAC):
 1. EXTERIOR ARCADE PREVIOUSLY PROPOSED FACING THE PARK
 HAS BEEN REMOVED, SUBSTANTIALLY ALTERING THE ORIGINAL
 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARK AND THE BUILDING.
 2. NEW BOCCI COURT AND ACCESS RAMP BLOCK THE
 RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PARK (OPTION TO LOWER BOCCI TO
 THE PARK? MOVE IT?) AND DISRUPTS THE CIRCULATION ALONG
 THE EDGE OF THE PARK CONNECTING NARCISSUS AVE WITH
 FLAGLER DRIVE.
 3. AMOUNT OF WINDOWS AT THE GROUND LEVEL FACING THE
 PARK HAS BEEN REDUCED TO ACCOMMODATE THE RESTAURANT
 KITCHEN. THE NEW CLOSED WALL IS THE PORTION OF THE
 FACADE DIRECLTY RELATED WITH THE PARK. ANY POSSIBLE
 ENHANCEMENTS?
 4. LINE OF PALMS ALONG THE BUILDING FACADE REMOVED.
 - CHANGE ON MATERIALS
 5. METAL EYEBROW ALONG SOUTH ELEVATION REMOVED. A SMALL
 POTION REMAINED, CHANGED FROM ALUCOBOND TO STUCCO AND
 PROJECTION REDUCED TO ONLY 1 FOOT (ORIGINAL +/-3.5
 FEET). EYBROWS ARE REQUIRED TO PROJECT A MINIMUM OF 3
 FEET.
 6. COLUMNS SHAPE CHANGED FROM ROUND COLUMNS WITH METAL
 ENCLOSURE AND FLOATING FINISH TO SQUARE STUCCO COLUMNS.
 THE ORIGINAL NAUTICAL DESIGN OF THE BUILDING ALTERED.
 POSSIBILITY OF MAINTAINING ROUND COLUMNS BUT WITH WOOD
 COVERING TO FIT THE ITALIAN THEME OF THE RESTAURANT BUT
 MAINTAIN THE DESIGN CONSISTENCY FOR THE BUILDING?
 - OTHER CHANGES
 7. METAL ACCENT AT CORNER OF NARCISSUS CHANGED TO A
 GREEN WALL. PLANTING AREA ADJACENT TO METAL STRUCTURE
 NEEDED FOR VINES TO GROW (MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 CURRENTLY SHOWN).
 8. NEW RAMP AND ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPE AROUND BOCCI COURT
 ARE ENCROACHING INTO THE MINIMUM 8 FEET CLEAR SIDEWALK
 ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE.
