 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) SECTION 94-305(C)(2) REQUIRES A 15 FOOT SETBACK FOR
 STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTED ON LOTS HAVING A WATERFRONT
 TIDAL SETBACK WITH A SEAWALL. ONE OF THE NEW PAVILIONS
 IS SHOWN ONLY 10.3 FEET FROM THE SEAWALL.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE ELEVATIONS OF THE PROPOSED SOLAR
 PAVILIONS. THESE NEED TO INCLUDE DETAILS SO THAT STAFF
 CAN VERIFY THEY COMPLY WITH THE CITY?S SOLAR ORDINANCE.
  
 3) THE EXISTING PLANS SHOW A SWALE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
 THE ENTRY ROAD AND A SWALE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 EXIT DRIVE. THESE ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE PROPOSED PLANS.
 ARE THEY BEING REMOVED? IF NOT, PLEASE CONTINUE TO SHOW
