 AVAILABLE CITY COMMISSION MEETING.
  
  
 PLAT COMMENTS:
  
 1.) ORB AND PAGE NUMBER REFERENCED IN THE BOUNDARY
 SURVEY IS INCORRECT. THE CORRECT ORB AND PAGE NUMBER IS
 OR BK 28266 PG 1144. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 2.) THERE IS A 15 FT. WIDE STRIP (REMAINING PORTION OF
 ALLEY) REFERENCED IN THE PROPOSED PLAT DOCUMENT THAT IS
 PART OF THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
 IS THIS PORTION OF THE STRIP STILL EXISTING, OR HAS THE
 CITY RELEASED IT? IF SO, THE STRIP REFERENCING THE
 LICENSE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE PLAT, AND
 THE RELEASE SHOULD BE NOTED IN THE SURVEY.
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED PARCELS ARE LABELED "A", "B" AND "C"
 ON SHEET 1 OF 2; HOWEVER, ON SHEET 2 OF 2, THE PARCELS
 ARE LABELED "1", "2" AND "3". THE LABELING OF THE
 PARCELS SHOULD BE CONSISTENT. PLEASE ADDRESS.
