 POSITION ARE THAT IT CANNOT COMMIT TO ANY SEWER
 CONNECTIONS PRIOR TO DETERMINATION OF WHAT EXISTING
 CONDITIONS ARE. ALL ADJACENT SEWER SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 RESEARCHED THRU CCTV. WE KNOW THAT LINES AND
 CONNECTIONS SHOWN ON THIS SUBMITTAL WHERE PREPARED FROM
 THE MOST RELIABLE DATA TO ACCOMODATE A PRELIMINARY
 DESIGN TO SATISFY THE PLANNING SUBMITTAL. HOWEVER THE
 CITY UTILITY DEPARTMENT HAS GENUINE AND JUSTIFIABLE

 A FIRE PUMP ROOM DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE INDICATED. IT IS
 PREFERRED THAT THIS ROOM HAS ACCESS FROM AN EXTERIOR
 WALL AND FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS POINT.
  
 WITH LOBBIES BEING SPLIT AND POSSIBLE SEPARATE BUILDING
 ADDRESSES THE FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL MAY NEED TO BE
