 REMAINDER OF THE SITE REQUIRES THE INSTALLATION OF TWO
 ADA SPACES SINCE BETWEEN 26 AND 50 SPACES ARE PROVIDED.
 THE PARKING TABLE MUST BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2) CLOSING THE MIDDLE AISLE REQUIRES EITHER DESIGNATING
 THE SPACES FOR A SPECIFIC USER (EX. DR. SMITH) OR
 PROVIDING A STRIPED DEDICATED TURN AROUND SPACE.
 NEITHER OF THESE WOULD BE REQUIRED IF AN ARM GATE IS
 INSTALLED TOP PERMIT EXIT OF THE AISLE IF ALL THE
 PARKING SPACES ARE FULL.
  
 3) IF THE MIDDLE AISLE REMAINS CLOSED, A HEDGE MUST BE
 INSTALLED IN THE CURBED CLOSURE TO CREATE A VISUAL
 BARRIER TO PERVENT ACCEDENTAL DRIVING OVER THE CURB AND
 AS PART OF THE REQUIRED PARKING LOT BUFFER.
  
 4) TREES NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN ALL OF THE EXECUTIVE
 PARKING TERMINAL PARKING ISLANDS. AT LEAST THREE
 ISLANDS DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 5) THE BENCHES SHOWN TO BE REMOVED WERE INSTALLED AS
 PART OF THE FINAL BUILDING APPROVAL. WHY DOES MORSE
 WISH TO REMOVE THIS RESIDENT AMENITY?
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE MITIGATION FOR THE TREES REMOVED FROM
 THE PICKLEBALL COURT AREA.
