 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY JUNE 24, 2018), THE CASE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE

 1) A 24 FOOT WIDE PROPOSED DRAINAGE EASEMENT IS NOW
 SHOWN ON THE MASTER PLAN. PLEASE VERIFY WITH VINCE NOEL
 IF THIS EASEMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE SHOWN ON THE PLAT
 (IT CURRENTLY IS NOT SHOWN).
  
 2) STAFF CANNOT MOVE THE SUBDIVISION FORWARD WITHOUT
 THE MAJOR PD AMENDMENT AND THE LIST OF PROPOSED WAIVERS
 THAT WOULD REQUIRE CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL.

 THE PROPOSED PLAT MATCHES THE PARCEL LINES ON THE
 MASTER PLAN. VISUALLY THEY LOOK TO HAVE DIFFERENCES;
 HOWEVER, THAT MAY BE AN EFFECT OF THE DIFFERING SCALES.
  
 4) NOT ALL THE EASEMENTS SHOWN ON THE MASTER PLAN ARE
 SHOWN ON THE PLAT. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 5) THE PARCEL LINES NEED TO FOLLOW EXISTING FEATURES
 SUCH AS CURB LINES AND THE ENDS OF THE PARKING SPACES.
 PARCEL 1A SHOWS THE TAIL END OF SOME OF THE PARKING
