 ON POTTER ROAD; B) OWNERS CONSENT FORMS MUST ALSO BE
 SIGNED BY MERRILL D. DEBBS, SINCE SHE IS ALSO LISTED AS
 AN OWNER ON THE DEED(S) OF THE PROPERTY; C) PROVIDE
 WARRANTY DEED FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON POTTER RD; D)
 ALL PLANS MUST BE PROVIDED IN DIGITAL FORMAT (ON A

 LIMITED TO DRIVEWAYS, WALKWAYS, PATIOS, ETC., MUST BE
 SHOWN IN THE SURVEY AND PLANS.
  
 6.)SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO ALL
 EXISTING STRUCTURES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS TO
 ENSURE THAT NO NEW NON-CONFORMITIES WILL BE CREATED
 WITH THE LOT SPLIT.
