 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE IMPROVED LANDSCAPE AREA OF
 AT LEAST 2,345 SQUARE FEET TO OFFSET THE REMOVED
 LANDSCAPE AREA. THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING TO ADD TREES AND SHRUBS.
  
 2. SATISFIED. THE CIRCLE AREAS COVERED IN GRAVEL ALONG
 OLIVE AVE. NEED TO BE INCLUDED WITH PROPOSED PLANTINGS,
 AS VEHICLES ARE USING THESE AREAS FOR PARKING.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THERE ARE EXTENSIVE AREAS ALONG THE NORTH
 SIDE AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT ARE COVERED
 WITH LOOSE GRAVEL, AND SHOULD BE LANDSCAPED. THESE
 AREAS SHOULD BE RESTORED TO APPROVED LANDSCAPE
 CONDITION.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PLEASE ADD A CHART TO THE PLAN TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS PER SECTION 94-442 (G).
