 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION CHART
 AND TREE MITIGATION CHART FOR THE TREES AFFECTED BY THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE PRACTICE FIELD.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO ONLY
 SHOW THE PRACTICE FIELD AND SOUTH BUFFER CHANGES.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. IF DURING CONSTRUCTION IT IS DETERMINED THAT
 EXISTING TREES MAY HAVE TO BE REMOVED, PRIOR TO THE
 REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON THE PROPERTY, A
 TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT,
 PLANNING DIVISION.

 JUNE 28, 2017 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
  
 1. THE DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS SHOULD REFERENCE THE SAME
 VERTICAL DATUM AS THE PLANS (NAVD1988).
  
 2. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS SHOW A 1" RISE IN THE 25-YEAR
 3-DAY PEAK STAGE. DESIGN A PERIMETER BERM TO CONTAIN
 THIS STAGE INCREASE TO THE PROJECT AREA OR PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL ONSITE STORAGE TO LOWER THE PEAK STAGE TO
 EXISTING CONDITIONS.
  
 3. THE SWALE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF SECTION A-A ON SHEET
 PDD-1 IS SHOWN TO HAVE A SIDE SLOPE OF 20:1 SLOPE
 BETWEEN THE SWALE CENTERLINE AND THE MATCHING SLOPE
 ALONG THE EDGE OF THE SECTION. THE PROPOSED SWALE
 CENTERLINE SPOT GRADES OF 14.9 AND 14.7 APPEAR TO BE
 HIGHER THAN THE EXISTING GRADES TO THE WEST OF THE
 SWALE.
  
 4. THE SPOT GRADES OF 15.4 AND 15.2 FOR THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE EAST SWALE APPEAR TO BE ABOVE THE MATCHING GRADE
 ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE SWALE.
