 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREES IN THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ADJACENT TO THE TWO CROSSWALKS, ONE
 AT THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE SITE, EAST OF THE FIRST
 SET OF 5 PROPOSED PARKING SPACES, AND ONE NORTH OF THE
 TOWER.
  
 2. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE A MITIGATION
 CHART SHOWING THE REMOVED AND REPLACED PALMS.
