 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE

 THIS REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL REVIEW FEE OF $212.
  
 OUTDOOR SEATING
  
 1) THE NORTH/SOUTH DIMENSIONS OF THE OUTDOOR SEATING
 AREAS SHALL MATCH THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL
 PLAN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2) THE REQUIRED PARKING TABLE AND THE SHARED PARKING
 CHART NEED TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE ADDITIONAL 196
 SQUARE FEET.
  
 3) CHECK THE DIMENSIONS ON THE OUTDOOR SEATING -
 ELEVATION DETAIL ON SHEET SP-2. THE SEATING AREAS
 INCREASED, YET THE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THIS DETAIL DID
 NOT.
  
 ADDITIONAL PARKING
  
 1) PROVIDE AN ABSTRACTED SURVEY SHOWING THE AREA OF THE
 LIMITS OF WORK.
  
 2) THE RELOCATED LOADING ZONE IS REQUIRED TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 10 FEET BY 50 FEET.
  
 3) USE OF THE RELOCATED LOADING SPACE MUST BE
 COORDINATED TO NOT CONFLICT WITH TRASH AND RECYCLING
 PICK-UP.
  
 4) THERE IS A DRAINAGE STRUCTURE WHERE THE PROPOSED
 PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ARE GOING. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 CIVIL PLAN FOR THIS AREA TO ADDRESS HOW THE DRAINAGE
 WILL BE AFFECTED.
  
 5) TERMINAL ISLAND TREES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE NEW AND
 RESTRIPED PARKING SPACES.
  
 6) PROVIDE A DRAWING AT A SMALLER SCALE (SUCH AS 1:20)
 SHOWING THE WORK AROUND BUILDING NO. 1. THE NEW PLANS
 SHALL NOT INCLUDE THE LAYERS OF THE EXISTING FEATURES
 (EX. THE LIGHT LINE WEIGHT SCREEN WALL IN THE MIDDLE OF
 THE PARKING SPACE ROW).
  
 7) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION LINES FOR THE NEW AND REVISED
 PARKING SPACES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY STANDARD FOR
 PARALLEL PARKING SPACES IS 8.5 FEET WIDE X 22 FEET
 LONG.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FOR ALL THE DRIVE AISLES
 CONTAINING NEW PARKING SPACES. PLEASE REMEMBER THE 90
 DEGREE PARKING REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET.
  
 9) THE PARKING TABLES WERE NOT UPDATED TO SHOW THE NEW
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 10) THE DUMPSTERS AND COMPACTOR NEED TO BE SCREENED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH CITY REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DETAILS ON THE PLANS.
  
 11) A LANDSCAPE PLAN IS REQUIRED FOR THE NEW AND
 MODIFIED LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR THE NEW PARKING. THE PLAN
 SHALL SHOW THAT THE SITE CONTINUES TO MEET THE OVERALL
 MINIMUM 15% LANDSCAPE PERCENTAGE.
  
 12) PER THE STORMWATER REVIEW:
  
 A. PROVIDE CIVIL PLANS TO SHOW HOW THE CATCH BASIN WILL
 FUNCTION WITH THE NEW PARKING.
 B. YOUR CIVIL ENGINEER WILL NEED TO REVIEW THE SFWMD
 PERMIT TO ENSURE THAT THE NEW PAVEMENT WILL NOT REQUIRE
 A MODIFIED PERMIT. IF A MODIFIED PERMIT IS REQUIRED, IT
 WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF PERMITTING.
  
 13) PER THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH THE
 REMOVAL OF THE "FIRE LANE" THAT IS PAINTED ON THE
 GROUND; HOWEVER, THE DRIVE AISLE MAY NOT BE REDUCED IN
 WIDTH. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CURRENT DIMENSION OF THE
 DRIVE AISLE AND, ON THE PLANS, THE DIMENSION AFTER THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE PARKING SPACES.
  
 14) PER THE SANITATION REVIEW, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE THE
 PLANNING DIVISION WRITTEN VERIFICATION FROM THE PRIVATE
 FRANCHISE HAULER(S) THAT WILL BE PROVIDING THE
 COMPACTOR AND CARDBOARD RECYCLING SERVICES THAT THE
 LOCATION OF THE COMPACTOR AND RECYCLING CONTAINERS
 PERMIT PICK-UP BY THEIR VEHICLES.
