 THIS CAN BE DONE EITHER BY SHOWING THE CFA ON MODIFIED
 PLAN SHEETS FSP-1.1, 2.1 AND 3.1 OR IT CAN BE DONE AS A
 MINOR AMENDMENT PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF PBA #2B. PLEASE
 RESPOND AS TO WHICH WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE AREA
 DEPICTED WITHIN THE CFA (IF SUBMITTING PBA #2B AT THIS
 TIME IT WILL BE FOR BOTH IT AND PBA #2A). IF THE
 DEPICTED CFA IS LESS THAN 15,000 SQUARE FEET, THEN
 THERE WOULD BE NO NEED TO PROVIDE A TRACKING LIST.
  
 5) THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS REVIEWED AND APPROVED THE
 CFA ZONE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  
 A. TWO, STRICT, 10' EXIT PATHWAYS (ONE ON EACH BUSINESS
 SIDE) SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES ON EACH
 CORRIDOR.
 B. NO ELECTRICAL CORDS, WIRES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT SHALL
 TRAVERSE OR BE PLACED AND/OR HUNG ACROSS THE 10' EXIT
 PATHWAY FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED APPROVAL
 AND INSPECTION FROM THE OFFICE OF THE FIRE MARSHAL.
 C. NO FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER SHALL BE ALLOWED INTO ANY CFA
 AREA.
 D. ALL VEHICLES OR BOATS SHALL BE STAGED PARALLEL IN
 THE CENTER OF THE CORRIDORS WITH 10' BEING MAINTAINED
 ON EACH SIDE. ALL VEHICLES SHALL BE SECURED TO PREVENT
 ACCIDENTAL IGNITION. ANY PROPANE TANKS SHALL BE REMOVED
 AND/OR SECURED/DISCONNECTED TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL USE
 OR LEAKING.
 E. THERE SHALL BE NO OPEN FLAME COOKING WITHIN THE CFA.
 F. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PREVENTION
 BUREAU FOR REVIEW AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO ANY EVENT.
 G. A SITE FIRE INSPECTION PRIOR TO OR DURING ANY EVENT
 SHALL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OFFICE OF THE FIRE
 MARSHAL.
