 ADDITIONALLY, SUBMIT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE NEW
 PROPERTY BOUNDARY IN .WORD FORMAT.
  
 2) A TREE IS REQUIRED IN THE WESTERN TERMINAL ISLAND
 FOR THE SIX (6) PARKING SPACE BAY THAT IS TOO THE EAST
 OF THE REMOVED EXISTING DRIVE. THE PLACEMENT OF THIS
 TREE WILL REQUIRE ROOT BARRIERS AND MAY REQUIRE THE
 SHIFTING OF THE RELOCATED STORMWATER LINE.
