 ELEVATION OF THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING AND ALL
 ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (CHILLERS, GENERATORS
 ETC.) SHALL BE 12 INCHES (FREEBOARD) ABOVE THAT BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION.
  
 3. ACCESSIBLE PARKING. VALETS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO
 OPERATE VEHICLES WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FOR THE USER,
