 TERRACE SPACE TO INTERIOR BAR SPACE. PLEASE UPDATE THE
 TRACKING CHART TO CORRECTLY SHOW THE POST CONSTRUCTION
 ALLOTMENTS:
  
 BAR - 2,194 SF
 BAR TERRACE - 819 SF
  
 IF ONE OR BOTH OF THESE AREAS WILL BE CALLED SOMETHING
 DIFFERENT (EX. GALLEY RESTAURANT), PLEASE CLEARLY LABEL

 2) THE LATEST BUILDING PERMIT REVISION SHOWS THE AREA
 BY THE GRILL BEING CHANGED FROM A WALL WITH A GATE TO A
 43 INCH HIGH COUNTERTOP AS WELL AS THE REMOVAL OF THE
 PLANTER BY THE GRILL AND THE PROPOSED TRELLIS BEING
 REPLACED BY A CANOPY. THESE CHANGES NEED TO BE
 REFLECTED ON THE MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS.
  
 3) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF THE NEW 43 INCH HIGH
 COUNTERTOP ADJACENT TO THE GRILL. IS THIS A SERVICE
 AREA ONLY OR WILL PEOPLE BE PERMITTED TO SIT AT THIS
 LOCATION AND EAT/DRINK? IF PEOPLE WILL BE PERMITTED TO
 SIT AT THIS LOCATION, IT INCREASES THE SIZE OF THE POOL
 BAR FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CITYPLACE RETAIL TRACKING
 AND THIS SEATING AREA SQUARE FOOTAGE NEEDS TO BE
 PROVIDED, REGARDLESS IF IT IS UNDER COVER OR NOT.

 THE ROOMS PROVIDED ON THE INDIVIDUAL FLOOR PLANS AND
 THEY SHOW THAT THERE ARE 403 ROOMS. PROVIDE REVISED
 SHEET A0.03 WHICH CORRECTLY LISTS THE 403 ROOMS THAT
 ARE PROVIDED, INCLUDING THE UPDATED PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON THE ADDITIONAL THREE ROOMS. THE
 CITYPLACE CAPACITY CHART DOES PERMIT ADDITIONAL HOTEL
 ROOMS.
  
 2) THE REFERENCE TO THE PARKING GARAGE IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT SHALL BE REMOVED AS IT WAS
 REMOVED AS PART OF A PREVIOUS MINOR AMENDMENT. THE
 REVISED SURFACE PARKING NUMBERS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3) PROVIDE REVISED SHEET A2.01 WHICH UPDATES THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE FOR EACH AREA BASED ON THIS AMENDMENT. THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE LISTED IN THE JUSTIFICATION LETTER SHALL MATCH.
 THE FORMAT SHALL BE THE SAME AS THE TABLES PROVIDED ON
 SHEET A2.01 IN ORDER FOR CONSISTENCY IN TRACKING. THE
 AREAS LISTED BELOW, WHICH ARE TRACKED FOR THE CITYPLACE
 CAPACITY TABLE, SHALL BE USED. STAFF HAS PROVIDED THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE APPROVED AS PART OF THE CURRENT BUILDING
 PERMIT, BUT SINCE THE ROOM COUNT DIFFERS BETWEEN THE
 TABLE ON THE APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT PLANS AND THE
 NUMBER SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLANS, ALL SQUARE FOOTAGES
 SHALL BE VERIFIED.
  
 A. RESTAURANT - 2,615 SF - THIS IS THE RESTAURANT BY
 THE LOBBY
 B. OUTDOOR DINING - 1,540 SF - THIS IS BY THE
 RESTAURANT BY THE LOBBY.
 C. BAR - 1,723 SF - THIS IS THE AREA ADJACENT TO THE
 AREA THAT IS PROPOSED TO BE REMODELED FOR MORE INDOOR
 SEATING AND THE NEW OPEN KITCHEN. IF THE INSIDE AREA IS
 NO LONGER GOING TO BE CALLED A BAR AND IS INSTEAD GOING
 TO BE REFERRED TO AS THE GALLEY RESTAURANT, THEN THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE TRACKING TABLE ON THE PLANS SHALL BE
 UPDATED TO REFLECT THE NEW NAME, VIA STRIKE/UNDERLINE
 FORMAT. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THIS AREA WILL BE
 INCREASED SINCE THE NEW STOREFRONT ENCLOSES SOME OF
 THIS SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY LABELED AS BAR
 TERRACE.
 D. BAR TERRACE - 1,290 SF - THIS IS THE AREA THAT IS
 PROPOSED TO BE REMODELED FOR MORE INDOOR SEATING AND
 THE NEW OPEN KITCHEN. IF THE INSIDE AREA IS NO LONGER
 GOING TO BE CALLED A BAR AND IS INSTEAD GOING TO BE
 REFERRED TO AS THE GALLEY RESTAURANT, WITH THE
 RESULTING CHANGE OF THIS AREA TO OUTDOOR DINING (STAFF
 RECOMMENDS USING AN ALTERNATE DESIGNATION DUE TO HAVING
 TWO OUTDOOR DINING AREA - NOTE THE GALLEY RESTAURANT
 PLAN ALTERNATES BETWEEN BAR TERRACE AND OUTDOOR
 SEATING), THEN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE TRACKING TABLE ON THE
 PLANS SHALL BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE NEW NAME, VIA
 STRIKE/UNDERLINE FORMAT. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THIS
 AREA WILL BE REDUCED SINCE THE ADDED STOREFRONT MOVES
 SOME OF THIS SQUARE FOOTAGE TO THE AREA PREVIOUSLY
 LABELED AS BAR.
 E. OPEN TO SKY TERRACE - 914 SF - THIS IS THE AREA
 PROPOSED FOR PARTIAL COVER BY THE TWO TRELLISES. THE
 GLIDEN/SPINA PLANS SHALL CHANGE THE ANNOTATION ON THE
 PLANS TO REFER TO THIS AREA AS OPEN TO SKY TERRACE
 F. MARKET - 305 SF - THIS AREA IS ADJACENT TO THE
 LOBBY.
 G. BAR - 294 SF - THIS IS THE POOL BAR THAT IS BEING
 INCREASED IN AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE THE NEW TOTAL AREA OF
 THE POOL BAR. THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED ON EITHER OF THE
 SUBMITTED SITE PLAN SHEETS OR THE JUSTIFICATION
 STATEMENT. STAFF RECOMMENDS UPDATING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 CHART TO CALL THIS THE POOL BAR.
  
 4) PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE TRELLIS IS NOT PROPOSED TO
 COVER THE FIRE PIT.
  
 5) THE SITE PLANS SHOW THE TRELLIS EXTENDING PAST THE
 BOUNDARY OF THE EXISTING OPEN TO SKY TERRACE. IS THE
 TERRACE EXPANDING? PLEASE PROVIDE AN ELEVATION DRAWING
 OF THE TRELLIS WHICH INCLUDES THE TERRACE.
  
 6) THE TRELLIS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS. A
 VISUAL COMPARISON OF THE SITE AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 LOOKS LIKE THE TRELLIS SUPPORTS WILL BE IN THE
 LANDSCAPE BED AND THAT THE TRELLIS MAY INTERFERE WITH
 THE CANOPY SPREAD OF THE RANCH LIVE OAKS.
  
 7) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE PROPOSED PLANTER
 AREA AT THE POOL BAR.
  
 8) ANY CHANGES TO THE CURRENTLY APPROVED BUILDING PLANS
 THAT ARE SHOWN ON THE MINOR AMENDMENT SUBMITTAL SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED AS CHANGES TO THE APPLICABLE BUILDING
