 14) THE PROPOSED BUILDING HAS A VERY LARGE FLAT ROOF
 SURFACE. PLEASE CONSIDER SOLAR PANELS TO REDUCE THE
 ENERGY NEEDS OF THE BUILDING OR "GREEN" TECHNIQUES TO
