 1) THE GREASE TRAP LOCATIONS ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS AND ON THE CUT SHEET DO NOT MATCH THE GREASE TRAP
 PERMIT #15100727 LOCATION (COPY OF PLAN E-MAILED TO
 UDKS UNDER SEPARATE COVER). ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE
 BUILDING PERMIT CONDITIONS.
  
 2) THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE OUTDOOR
 SEATING AND THE ENCLOSED COOLER ARE NOT REFLECTED IN
 THE BOXED BLDG. J-6 TAG. YOU HAVE MADE A NOTE THAT THE
 RESTAURANT SQUARE FOOTAGE IS INCLUDED. THIS WILL LEAD
 TO CONFUSION FOR FUTURE TRACKING.
  
 3) THE BUILDING GFA LISTED UNDER BLDG J (PHASE 1) IN
 THE CENTER OF BUILDING J IS SHOWN AS 461,860 SF. THIS
 NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH THE 459,951 SF SHOWN IN THE SITE
 DATA TABLES.
  
 4) THE APPROVAL LETTER FOR THE FRESH WATCH CHANGES
 REQUIRED THAT THE FINAL BUILDING H ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS MINOR AMENDMENT SO THAT THE
 LATEST PLANS WOULD BE ON FILE WITH THE PLANNING
 DIVISION.
  
 5) THERE IS AN EXTRA DIGIT IN THE LANDSCAPE DATA TABLE
 FOR THE PROPOSED PHASE 1 SHRUBS (24 INCHES) - NUMBER
 SHOWN IS 8,5035.
  
 6) THE LINEAR FEET OF BUILDING J HAVE INCREASED DUE TO
 THE ADDITION OF THE ENCLOSED COOLER. PLEASE UPDATE THE
 REQUIRED AND PROPOSED FOUNDATION PLANTING FOR BUILDING
 J.
  
 7) PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE NEW GAS METER ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF BUILDING J IS PROPERLY SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPE.
  
 8) THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS FOR THE ENCLOSED COOLER
 SHOW A ONE (1) FOOT WIDE CONCRETE CURB EXTENDING OUT
 FROM THE WALLS OF THE COOLER. THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE
 SUFFICIENT SPACE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO INSTALL A
 HEDGE BETWEEN THE OUTSIDE OF THE CURB AND THE EXISTING
 SIDEWALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE COOLER - APPEARS TO
 BE ONLY TWO (2) FEET WIDE. PLEASE PROVIDE BETTER
 DETAILS.
  
 9) THE ENCLOSED COOLER ADDITIONS SHALL APPEAR TO BE
 PART OF THE ORIGINAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 A. THERE SHALL BE NO VISIBLE GAP BETWEEN THE EAST
 EXTERIOR WALL OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE ENCLOSED
 COOLER. IT IS UNCLEAR IF THIS IS THE CASE. THE SOUTH
 ELEVATION OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS APPEARS TO HAVE
 NO GAP; THE ELEVATION PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE BUILDING
 PERMIT SHOW SOMETHING CALLED EPDM WALL FLASHING; AND
 THE COOLER FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A GAP BETWEEN THE BUILDING
 AND THE ENCLOSED COOLER.
  
 B. THE ENCLOSED COOLER SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING
 BUILDING ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS.
  
 I. STUCCO SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE WALLS OF THE ENCLOSED
 COOLER.
 II. THE STONEWORK BANDING AT THE BASE OF BUILDING J
 SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE ENCLOSED COOLER.
 III. THE SOUTHEAST AND NORTHEAST CORNERS OF THE
 ENCLOSED COOLER SHALL INCLUDE THE TOWER ELEMENTS USED
 ON THE LOADING DOCK SCREEN WALLS.
 IV. THERE SHALL BE A CORNICE LINE AT THE TOP OF THE
 ENCLOSED COOLER THAT MATCHES THE CORNICE LINE AT THE
 TOP OF THE LOADING DOCK SCREEN WALLS.
