 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. THE PROPOSAL TO USE THE EXISTING PARKING LOT IS
 NOTED. THE NEAREST PARKING SPACE TO THE "CONNECT WALK"
 MSUT BE AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE IF NO MORE THAN 25
 PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE GOLF FACILITY. IF
 BETWEEN 25 AND 50 PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 GOLF FACILITY, THE NEAREST TWO PARKING SPACES TO THE
 "CONNECT" WALK SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE. THE MINIMUM NUMBER
 OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES PROVIDED SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 208.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE. PER SECTION 208.3 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE
 SHORTEST POSSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE FOR EACH BUILDING. THE DESIGN
 OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION
 502 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE
  
 3. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS
 AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE
 WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED
 FOR SIGNS, SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS, GAS SYSTEMS,
 GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE SPRINKLER AND
 OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE INTERCEPTORS,

 11.17.15, FROM ANDERSON ARCHITECTURE, INC, TO THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH, THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED FIRE
 PREVENTION BUREAU COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED WITH THE
 FOLLOWING ADDITIONALL COMMENTS.
  
 THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU HAS NO OBJECTIONS TO THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT.
  
 1. IS THE SCREENING FOR THE HITTING CAGE FIRE
 RETARDENT?
  
 THE APPLICANT PROVIDED THAT IT IS NOT AND HAS A MELTING
 POINT OF 482 DEGRESS F. THE APPLICANT IS STRONGLY
 ENCOURAGED TO RESEACH AND INSTALL A FIRE RETARDENT
 SCEEN OR APPLY A FIRE RETARDENT MATERIAL ONTO THE
 SCREEN FOR FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY PURPOSES. THE POTENTIAL
 FOR A RAPID BURNING SURFACE AREA IS EXTREMELY HIGH IN
 THE EVENT THE SCEEN WERE TO INTERACT WITH A IGNITION
 SOURCE, I.E. A BICK BUTANE HAND LIGHTER FLAME BURNS AT
 600 DEGREES. THE SCREEN WILL FAIL AND MELT AROUND
 ANYONE WHO IS UNDER IT.
  
 THE BUREAU'S APPROVAL OF THIS SUBMITTED PROJECT DOES
 NOT CONSTITUTE IT'S FINAL REVIEW OR APPROVAL.
  
 THE BUREAU SHALL REVIEW ALL SUBMITTED BUILDING PLANS AT
 THE APPROPRIATE TIME AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARDS.
  
 2. NO SMOKING SIGNS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE FRONT OF
 THE HITTING CAGE.

 WALK. THIS NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
