 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS MINOR AMENDMENT:
  
 A. WALL HEIGHT - PROVIDE THE DETAIL SHEETS FROM
 APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT NO. 16010527 FOR THE PORTIONS
 OF THE WALL ENCROACHING INTO THE NORTHERN SETBACK.
  
 B. DUMPSTER - PROVIDE THE DUMPSTER AND TRANSFORMER
 ENCLOSURE DETAIL SHEETS FROM APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT
 NO. 16010494.
  
 3) THE LIGHTING PLAN AND ASSOCIATED DETAILS HAVE NOT
 BEEN CORRECTED FOR THE REVISED PLAN.
  
 4) STAFF IS AWARE THAT THERE IS A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO
 THE LEVEL III SITE PLAN SCHEDULED FOR THE AUGUST 29,
 2016 CITY COMMISSION. IT MAY BE BENEFICIAL TO AWAIT THE
 APPROVAL OF THAT AMENDMENT WHICH WILL REFLECT THE
 CHANGES TO THE ABOVE ITEMS AND THEN WITHDRAW THIS MINOR
 AMENDMENT.

 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS RELATE TO DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN
 THE MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS AND THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS
 AS WELL AS CODE COMPLIANCE:
  
 WALL HEIGHT
  
 1) RESOLUTION NO. 206-15 APPROVED A WAIVER TO PERMIT
 THE HEIGHT OF THE WALL (BLOCK AND DECORATIVE GRILL
 WORK) TO A MAXIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET. WHILE NO SPECIFIC
 SECTION DRAWING WAS INCLUDED WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT
 FOR THIS SECTION OF WALL, SHEETS A-201A AND A-202A SHOW
 THAT THE PORTION OF THE WALL LOCATED WITHIN THE SETBACK
 IS NINE (9) FEET IN HEIGHT, NOT THE CITY COMMISSION
 APPROVED WAIVER OF EIGHT (8) FEET.
  
 2) PROVIDE DETAIL SHEETS SHOWING THE HEIGHT, FROM THE
 EXTERIOR GRADE, OF THE TWO CORNER PORTIONS OF THE
 WESTERN COURTYARD WALL WHICH ENCROACH INTO THE NORTHERN
 SETBACK.
  
 LIGHTING PLAN
  
 3) THE SITE, LANDSCAPE AND CIVIL PLANS SHOW EIGHT LIGHT
 POLES AROUND THE PARKING LOT. THE ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN
 SHOWS 19 POLES (FS1) AROUND THE PARKING LOT, TO INCLUDE
 ONE IN THE DRAIN FLUE. THE 19 POLES SEEM EXCESSIVE. ALL
 PLANS SHALL AGREE.
  
 DUMPSTER
  
 4) THE PLANS INCLUDED FOR THE SITE PLAN APPROVALS SHOW
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AT SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT. THE
 BUILDING PERMIT PLANS SHOW THE DUMPSTER AND TRANSFORMER
 ENCLOSURE WALLS AT AN EXCESSIVE EIGHT (8) FEET TEN (10)
 INCHES IN HEIGHT, WHICH FAR EXCEEDS THE HEIGHT OF A
 DUMPSTER AND THE TRANSFORMER. THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
 ARE NOT INTENDED TO DRAW ATTENTION TO THEMSELVES AND
 THIS ONE WILL BE PROMINENTLY AT THE CORNER OF THE SITE.
 STAFF DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS WALL HEIGHT FOR THE
 ENCLOSURE.
  
 5) THE DUMPSTER SHALL BE FULLY ENCLOSED. THE BUILDING
 PERMIT PLANS CLEARLY SHOW THAT THERE IS NO WALL TO THE
 REAR OF THE DUMPSTER TO PROVIDE SCREENING THE CURRENTLY
 SUBMITTED MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS APPEAR TO HAVE A WALL.
 THE APPROVED LEVEL III SITE PLANS HAD A GATE FOR THE
 TRANSFORMER THAT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED SCREENING FOR THE
 REAR OF THE DUMPSTER THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH
 BOLLARDS WHICH DO NOT PROVIDE SCREENING.

 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL

 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF
 THESE COMMENTS (BY JANUARY 4, 2016), THE CASE SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE
 A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE ROOFTOP LANDSCAPE SHOWN ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 ROOF PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE ROOFTOP LANDSCAPE SHOWN ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 206-15.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE ROOFTOP LANDSCAPE SHOWN ON THE
 BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE RH BUILDING DOES NOT MATCH
 EITHER PLAN. IF THE BUILDING PERMIT LAYOUT IS PLANNED
 AS THE FINAL LAYOUT, PLEASE SUBMIT REVISED PLANS WITH
 THIS MINOR AMENDMENT THAT ALL SHOW THE FINAL CONDITION.
  
 2) THE GROUND LEVEL LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS DIFFERENT
 CONDITIONS THAN THE PERMIT SET. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PERMIT SET LISTS 24 REQUIRED SHADE TREES, YET PROVIDES
 ONLY 21. IF THE PALM CONVERSION IS PLANNED TO BE USED
 TO MAKE UP THE 3 TREES, THEN THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY
 STATED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS
 ARE REQUIRED AS PART OF THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT.
  
 3) THE MINOR AMENDMENT AND PERMIT SET ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLANS DIFFER. EX. THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE GATE VS.
 BOLLARDS. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 4) THE MINOR AMENDMENT AND PERMIT SET FIRST FLOOR PLANS
 DIFFER. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME CONDITIONS. STAFF
 RECOMMENDS USING THE BUILDING PERMIT VERSIONS OF THE
 DRAWINGS.
  
 5) THE AMOUNT OF GLAZING VISIBLE AT THE DOORWAY/TRANSOM
 WINDOWS AND THE METAL AWNINGS COVERING THE
 DOORWAY/TRANSOM WINDOWS HAS CHANGED FROM WHAT WAS
 ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 206-15. THESE
 PLANS AS WELL AS THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS SHOW LESS
 GLAZING THAN WAS APPROVED. SOME OF THE GLAZING IS
 COVERED BY LARGER OR RELOCATED METAL AWNINGS, WHILE
 OTHER GLAZING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED BY SOLID
 WALL. STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THE REDUCTION OR COVERING
 OF ADDITIONAL GLAZING SINCE PROVIDING MAXIMUM GLAZING
 WAS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CITY?S SUPPORT AND APPROVAL
 OF THE PROJECT.
