 ARE BEING PROVIDED. THE PLANNER WILL ADVISE AS TO
 WHETHER THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED IS
 SUFFICIENT. IF MORE THAN 25 PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE
