 2. SHEET A3.01, ELEVATIONS - BUILDING A. THE AWNINGS
 PROPOSED ON THE SOUTH AND WEST ELEVATIONS OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING APPEAR TO HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL
 EXTENSION OVER THE SIDEWALK WHICH IS THE RRIGHT-OF-WAY.
 PER SECTION 3202.3.1 OF FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, AWNINGS
 LOCATED BETWEEN 8 FEET AND 15 FEET ABOVE THE SIDEWALK
 SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN TWO-THIRDS THE WIDTH OF THE
 SIDE WALK MEASURED FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 3. WHEN SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, THE PLANS SHALL

 BASED UPON MY REVIEW OF THE RESUBMITTED PLANS, IT
 APPEARS THAT THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE STILL

 BE PROVIDED; PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(Q) OF THE
 CITY?S ZLDRS, TWO (2) RACKS SHALL BE PROVIDED.

 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS.
 THE LANDSCAPING SHALL BE ON ALL SIDES, WITH AN OPENING

 24. WHILE THE CITY?S ZLDRS DOES PERMIT THE PLACEMENT OF
 THE BUILDING UP TO THE PROPERTY LINE ALONG THE RAILROAD
 TRACKS, STAFF WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH THE APPLICANT ON
 THE ARCHITECTURAL TREATMENT OF THE BACK OF THE
 BUILDINGS AND POTENTIAL SHIFTING OF THEM TO ALLOW THE
 INSTALLATION OF A SHRUB/HEDGE ALONG THE REAR. THIS IS
 ENCOURAGED AS THE FEC RAILROAD WILL BE UTILIZED FOR
 PASSENGER RAIL SERVICE IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND A MORE
 AESTHETIC DESIGN IS PREFERRED.
