 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS THAT HAVE CHANGED. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF
 INFORMATION/PLANS TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY NOVEMBER 10, 2015),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 DRIVEWAY MODIFICATION
  
 1) THE NEW MEDIAN ISLAND (ACROSS FROM THE FIRST EAST
 DRIVEWAY) SHALL CONTAIN PLANTINGS OTHER THAN SOD.
 PLANTINGS WHICH MAINTAIN VISIBILITY AT THE INTERSECTION
 SHALL BE USED. THE SEASONAL ANNUALS, WAX JASMINE, OR
 PARSONI JUNIPER THAT ARE ALREADY ON THE OUTLETS SITE
 ARE OPTIONS.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT REVIEW, A
 CONDITION WILL BE ADDED TO THE APPROVAL THAT ADDITIONAL
 SIGNAGE SHALL BE INSTALLED IF REQUIRED BY THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ONCE THE DRIVEWAY MODIFICATION IS IN USE.
  
 BUILDING H
  
 1) A REVIEW OF THE BUSINESS TAX FOR BUILDING H SHOWS
 THAT THERE IS AN OPTOMETRIST OFFICE WITHIN BUILDING H.
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DESIGN GUIDELINES, PLEASE UPDATE
 THE PARKING CALCULATIONS TO REFLECT THE PARKING FOR THE
 MEDICAL OFFICE AT 1 SPACE PER 200 SQUARE FEET OF GROSS
 FLOOR AREA.
  
 DESIGN GUIDELINES
  
 1) STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE DESIGN GUIDELINES AND NOTED
 THAT THE PB OUTLETS WEB SITE IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE WEB SITE INCLUDE LANGUAGE THAT
 PARK AND RIDE IS PERMITTED ON-SITE.
  
 2) UPON RECEIPT OF A COPY OF THE DESIGN GUIDELINES IN
 .WORD FORMAT, STAFF WILL PROVIDE STRIKE/UNDERLINE OF
 TEXT UPDATES BASED ON THE AMENDMENT.
