 BE ACCESSIBLE. SITE PLAN SHEET 1 OF 1 STATES THAT 9
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE PROPOSED. THAT IS LESS
 THAN 2% OF THE TOTAL 495 PARKING SPACES PROPOSED.
 PLEASE INCREASE THE NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES

 PROPOSED LOCATION DOES NOT SEEM TO BE THE BEST SUITED
 LOCATION FOR A MAINTENANCE BUILDING.
  
 2.) CONSIDER ALIGNING THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN ORDER TO CREATE A BUFFER BETWEEN
 THE VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN USE AREAS. INCREASING THE
 WIDTH OF THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS TO ACCOMMODATE THE
 WALKWAYS WILL ALSO IMPROVE THE LANDSCAPING AND OVERALL
 DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3.) ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL TREATMENT ON THE REAR
 FACADES OF THE 10 AND 11 CAR GARAGES ARE HIGHLY
 DESIRABLE ALONG THE SKEES ROAD STREET FRONTAGE.
