 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. THE PCC CLUBHOUSE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TO EXIT DOORS
 FROM THE BUILDING. SITE PLAN, SHEET SP-1, SHOWS SOD
 IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE "REAR" DOOR. SHOW AT LEAST ONE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, COMPLYING WITH SECTIONS 207, 206.2
 AND 402.2 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, CONNECTING THE
 EXIT DOOR TO THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
  
 3. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS
 AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE
 WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED
 FOR SIGNS, SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS, GAS SYSTEMS,

 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT

 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 1. PLEASE CLARIFY THE PURPOSE OF THE FOOD TRAILER. WILL
 FOOD BE PREPARED IN THE TRAILER? ARE WATER AND SEWER
 CONNECTIONS PROPOSED FOR THE TRAILER?
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED COVERED
 OUTDOOR SEATING AREA.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER LOCATION WILL REQUIRE THE
 SANITATION TRUCK TO CROSS A PORTION OF THE PROPOSED
 SIDEWALK. BASED ON THE CURB CUT RAMP PROPOSED ADJACENT
 TO THE DUMPSTER ACCESS DRIVE, THIS PORTION OF THE
 SIDEWALK WILL NOT BE FLUSH WITH THE ADJACENT PAVEMENT.
 PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THAT THE DUMPSTER WILL BE LOCATED IN
 AREAS EASILY SERVICED BY THE CITY SANITATION EQUIPMENT
 AND MANPOWER. [SECTION 74-35(A)(5) OF THE CODE OF
 ORDINANCES]
  
 4. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE TRUCK ROUTE TO THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE CAN WITHSTAND THE HEAVY LOADING OF THE FILLED
 SANITATION TRUCK. THE TRUCKS ARE RATED FOR 15,000 LBS
 PER AXLE.
  
 5. THE SHOWN TRAFFIC PATTERN AND SIGNAGE AT THE BAG
 DROP OFF LOCATION. CONSIDER UTILIZING A CONFIGURATION
 AND SIGNING SIMILAR TO A ROUND-ABOUT OR EXPANDING THE
 BAD DROP OFF TO INCLUDE A BY-PASS LANE RATHER THAN
 HAVING TRAFFIC TRAVEL SOUTH BOUND ON BOTH SIDES OF THE
 ISLAND. IF THE EXISTING CONFIGURATION IS TO BE
 UTILIZED, DESIGNATE WHICH OF THE SOUTH BOUND LANES MUST
 YIELD OR STOP.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED TRAFFIC SIGNS SHOWN ON SHEET SP-1 ARE
 DO NOT MEET THE STANDARDS SPECIFIED IN THE MANUAL OF
 UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES. PLEASE CONSIDER
 UTILIZING SIGNAGE WHICH IS CONSISTENT WITH THE MUTCD
 SUCH AS R3-1 (NO RIGHT TURN SYMBOL ONLY) OR R5-1 (DO
 NOT ENTER). TYPICALLY, ONLY ONE OF THE TWO SIGNS IS
 UTILIZED TO CONTROL A SPECIFIC TRAFFIC MOVEMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE PRIOR
 TO ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.

 DRAWINGS THAT WERE REVIEWED WERE NOT COMPLETE.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS CAN BE EXPECTED WHEN FULL DRAWINGS
 ARE SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT.
  
 THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU HAS NO OBJECTIONS TO THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT.
  
 1. CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, AND RENOVATION TO COMPLY
 WITH NFPA 241. EXTRA ATTENTION SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE
 PERMITTING AND LOCATION OF CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS. A
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION TRAILER RELATED
 TO THIS PROJECT. SEPARATION DISTANCES FROM MAIN
 STRUCTURES AS WELL AS OTHER TRAILERS SHALL BE CLOSELY
 MONITORED FOR THE REQUIREMENTS OF FIRE SPRINKLER
 PROTECTION.
  
 2. SITE ACCESS AND EXIT POINTS ARE TO BE CLEARLY
 IDENTIFIED AND MAINTAINED FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES DURING
 ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
  
 3. THE BUILDING ADDRESS SHALL BE CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM
 ALL ACCESS ROADWAYS, INCLUDING DURING CONSTRUCTION.
 ADDRESS NUMBERS SHALL CONTRAST WITH THEIR BACKGROUND
 AND SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN SIX (6) INCHES IN HEIGHT
 WITH A ONE (1) INCH STROKE FOR ALL BUILDINGS.
  
 4. DURING CONSTRUCTION, TRASH AND DEBRIS IS TO BE
 REMOVED FROM THE SITE DAILY OR MORE OFTEN TO REDUCE THE
 ACCUMULATION OF POTENTIAL LIFE AND FIRE SAFETY HAZARDS.
  
 5. THE CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE NFPA 1, FIRE
 CODE, 2012 EDITION; FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE, 2012
 EDITION.
  
 6. EACH BUILDING/TENT OCCUPANY SHALL BE IDENTIFIED AND
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE CODE SECTIONS OF THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE AS A "NEW" OCCUPANY. A
 "TEMPORAY" OCCUPANY CLASSIFICATION SHALL NOT BE
 APPROVED.
  
 7. WHERE REQUIRED OF THE NEW OCCUPANCY A FIRE SPRINKLER
 OR FIRE ALARM SHALL BE INSTALLED.
  
 8. COMPLETE LIFE SAFETY PLANS FOR EACH OCCUPANCY SHALL
 BE PROVIDED THAT ILLUSTRATE OCCUPANT LOADS, TRAVEL
 DISTANCES, COMMON PATHS OF TRAVEL, DEAD-END CORRIDORS,
 EXIT SIGNS, EMERGENCY LIGHTING, EXITS LEADING TO A
 PUBLIC WAY, FIRE EXTINGUISHER LOCATIONS, AND ALL FIRE
