 1) REPEAT COMMENT: SHEET A-101 SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW
 THE CORRECT NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES BASED ON
 THE REVISED NUMBER OF SERVICE BAYS SHOWN ON PERMIT
 15010430.
  
 2) NEW COMMENT: SHEET A-101 NOW SHOWS THE FIRE HYDRANT
 LOCATED WEST OF THE BUILDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS INSTEAD OF THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE CIVIL AND LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SHOW THE HYDRANT IN THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE ISLAND.
 PLEASE FINALIZE THE LOCATION OF THIS FIRE HYDRANT AND
 HAVE ALL THE PLANS SHOW IT IN THE SAME PLACE. STAFF HAS
 COMMENTED ABOUT THE INCONSISTENT LOCATION OF THIS FIRE
 HYDRANT MORE THAN ONCE.
  
 3) NEW COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS BEEN
 SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED FROM THE INITIAL SUBMITTAL. THE
 FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED:
  
 A. THE ALEXANDER PALMS PLANTED IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE
 SHALL BE PLANTED AS TRIPLES TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
 B. ONE RELOCATED SILVER BUTTONWOOD ON THE WEST PROPERTY
 LINE DOES NOT HAVE AN IDENTIFICATION TAG.
 C. TWO GREEN BUTTONWOODS ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE
 WESTERN BUFFER CALCULATIONS.
 D. THE SABAL PALM TREES ALONG THE WESTERN BUFFER SHALL
 ONLY BE COUNTED AT A 2:1 RATIO FOR MEETING THE NUMBER
 OF REQUIRED TREES.
 E. THE SOLITARY SABAL PALM ALONG THE NORTHERN BUFFER
 MAY NOT COUNT AS A TREE TO MEET THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED
 TREES.
 F. THE ALEXANDER PALMS PLANTED IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ALONG THE ALLEY SHALL BE PLANTED AS TRIPLES TO COMPLY
 WITH THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS. NOTE: THE CODE
 COMPLIANCE CHART WOULD BE CORRECT IF THE TRIPLE TRUNK
 PALMS WERE ACTUALLY SHOWN ON THE PLANS AS THEY ARE ON
 THE ORIGINAL APPROVAL.
 G. THE 50 FOOT GAP BETWEEN THE TREES AT THE NORTHEAST
 PORTION OF THE NORTHERN BUFFER DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE
 CITY'S LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
 H. THE CODE COMPLIANCE CHART INCORRECTLY LISTS 124
 INSTEAD OF 114 TOTAL PROPOSED TREES (BASED ON THE
 INCORRECT CALCULATION OF THE SABAL PALMS). ALL DATA
 SHALL BE CORRECTED.
 I. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE NUMBER OF PARKING LOT TREES
 INCREASED WHEN NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS WERE DONE TO THE
 PARKING LOT TREE PLACEMENT.
 J. ONLY 94 SHADE TREES ARE LISTED ON THE PLANT
 SCHEDULE.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: ROOT BARRIERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 TREE SHARING THE ISLAND WITH THE FIRE HYDRANT. THIS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. CIVIL PLAN SHOWS
 IT CORRECTLY.
  
 5) NEW COMMENT: WHY DID THE AMOUNT OF TREES TO BE
 PRESERVED ON-SITE DROP SO DRAMATICALLY? IT WENT FROM 76
 INCHES TO 144 INCHES REMOVED. FIVE LIVE OAK TREES THAT
 WERE TO HAVE BEEN PRESERVED NO LONGER EXIST. THE 21
 ROYAL PALMS THAT WERE TO REMAIN ON-SITE HAVE NOW BECOME
 7 ROYAL PALMS. REVISED TREE ALTERATION CALCULATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED. INCLUDED WITH THE CALCULATIONS SHALL BE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREES HAVE THE SAME
 GROWTH POTENTIAL AS THE REMOVED TREES.

 MOVED FURTHER TO THE SOUTH. WHICH ONE IS CORRECT BASED
 ON THE SIGN PROPOSED FOR THIS LOCATION? PLEASE REMEMBER
 WITH THE OVERHEAD LINES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, THE SIGN
 NEEDS TO BE SET BACK EIGHT (8) FEET FROM THE LINES AND
 THE TREE NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE FPL "RIGHT TREE,
 RIGHT PLACE" REQUIREMENTS. ADDITIONALLY, THE TREE MAY
 NOT BE PLACED SUCH THAT IT WILL BE IMPROPERLY TRIMMED
 TO AVOID BLOCKING THE SIGN.
  
 3) ROOT BARRIERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE TREE SHARING THE
