 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE RECONFIGURED PARKING AREA LAYOUT DOES NOT MATCH
 THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE PARKING LOT (PERMIT
 14030527). THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT INDICATES THAT
 THE PARKING LOTS WAS INSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT PLANS. THIS REQUIRES THAT THE PARKING LOT
 PERMIT BE REVISED TO CORRECTLY SHOW THE COMPLETED WORK.
 CURRENTLY, THERE WAS NO INSPECTION PERFORMED FOR THE
 PARKING LOT PERMIT.
  
 2) WHY DID THE SPACES NEED TO BE SO MUCH WIDER?
  
 3) THE FUEL TANKS IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE
 ARE NO LONGER SHOWN WITH THE REQUIRED SCREENING.
 SCREENING SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4) THE RELOCATED BICYCLE RACKS ARE NOT FULLY ACCESSIBLE
 AS SHOWN. THE SOUTHERN RACK WOULD BE BLOCKED IF THE
 NORTHERN RACK IS OCCUPIED, A CAR IS PARKED AND BY THE
 LANDSCAPE. AN ALTERNATE DESIGN IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE USED ON THE SITE HAS CHANGED SINCE THE
 LATEST LANDSCAPE PLAN WAS APPROVED AS PART OF THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE (2) SOLITARE
 PALM-TRIPLE, THE SILVER BUTTONWOOD, AND THE CRAPE
 MYRTLE THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED EQUATE TO THE
 PROPOSED OAK #54 TO NOW BE PRESERVED AND THE NEW CASSIA
 TREE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT NO TREE LOSS MAY OCCUR AS
