| | LOT 2 AND THE WOOD PILING EAST OF THE DOCK SHALL BE |
| | REMOVED AS NONE OF THESE WERE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE |
| | WITH A PERMIT ISSUED BY THE CITY. THE ORIGINAL |
| | BOATHOUSE ROOF, WHILE INCLUDED ON THE ORIGINAL 1963 |
| | DOCK PERMIT, WAS REMOVED FROM THE DOCK FOR A PERIOD IN |
| | EXCESS OF 12 AND THUS LOST ANY GRANDFATHERED STATUS. |

| | 5) ALL DEMOLITION SHALL OCCUR WITH A PERMIT. |
