 2) PARKING CALCULATIONS TABLE AND THE BUILDING DATA
 TABLE DO NOT SHOW THE ADDITIONAL 570 SQUARE FOOT
 BOARDROOM EXPANSION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ADDITIONAL
 570 SQUARE FEET WILL INCREASE THE REQUIRED PARKING BY
 TWO SPACES.
  
 3) SINCE THIS APPLICATION WAS MADE, MORSELIFE SUBMITTED
 A BUILDING PERMIT TO EXTEND THE WALL ALONG HAVERHILL
 ROAD TO THE SOUTH OF THE FRED GLADSTONE ENTRY. PLEASE
 SHOW THIS ON THE MASTER PLAN.
  
 4) WHAT DO THE NUMBERS 1-12 BY SOME OF THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE REFER TO ON THE PORTE COCHERE LANDSCAPE PLAN?
  
 5) THE CITY REQUIRES THAT TREES BE INSTALLED AT A
 MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET IN HEIGHT. THE PORTE COCHERE
 PLANT LIST SHOWS THE GARDENIA STANDARD NOT MEETING THIS
 HEIGHT AND DOES NOT LIST THE HEIGHT OF THE HIBISCUS
 WIPPING TREE. THE BOARDROOM PLANT LIST DOES NOT LIST
 THE HEIGHT OF THE SAPHIRE SHOWERS TREE.
  
 6) THE CITY REQUIRES THAT ALL TREES AND SHRUBS BE
 PLANTED WITH THE TOP OF THE ROOTBALL ABOVE THE
 SURROUNDING FINISHED GRADE. PLEASE REVISE YOUR PLANTING
 DETAILS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7) AN APPROVED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. THE
 FINAL REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL BE USED FOR THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 8) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PORTE COCHERE WILL NEED TO
 COMPLY WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT'S CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS.
