 SITE DESIGN ELEMENTS. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL
 COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING
 COMMENTS ARE TO BE ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO WALKWAY SHOWN LEADING FROM THE
 TWO STAIRWAYS ADJACENT TO THE POOL DECK, TO A PLACE OF
 SAFETY REMOTE FROM THE BUILDING. FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 1027.6 OF FLORIDA BUILDING CODE A ROUTE TO THE
 PUBLIC WAY OR A SAFE DISPERSAL AREA SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE
 OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE WORK.

 THIS REVIEW CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED PRELIMINARY AS THE
 DRAWINGS THAT WERE REVIEWED WERE NOT COMPLETE.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS CAN BE EXPECTED WHEN FULL DRAWINGS
 ARE SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT.
  
 1. ON PAGE C200, THE FDC'S AND FIRE HYDRANTS MAY NOT BE
 LOCATED IN THE MOST EFFICIENT OR EFFECTIVE STRATEGIC
 LOCATIONS FOR ENGINE/PUMPER ACCESS AND OPERATIONS. THE
 BUREAU WOULD LIKE TO FURTHER REVIEW ALTERNATIVE
 LOCATIONS WITH FIRE OPERATIONS TO ENSURE OPERATIONAL
 EFFICIENCIES. ONE LOCATION TO CONSIDER IS TO LOCATE ONE
 CENTRALLY ON THE ENTRANCE ROAD BY THE DROP OFF AREA.
 THE OTHER WOULD BE ON THE NORTH END CLOSER TO THE ROAD
 AND ENTRANCE WAY.
  
 2. ON PAGE C100, THE PROPOSED MOUNTABLE CURB FOR FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ACCESS DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY DETAILS TO BE
 ABLE TO DETERMINE ACCEPTANCE. FURTHER DETAIL IS NEEDED.
  
 3. ON PAGE C100, THE PROPOSED 20' STABILIZED FIRE TRUCK
 ACCESS ROUTE DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY DETAILS TO DETERMINE
 ACCEPTANCE. FURTHER DETAIL IS NEEDED.

 1. THE LABEL ON THE FENCE BETWEEN THE ENTRANCE DRIVE
 AND SERVICE DRIVE REFERS TO DETAIL ON SHEET SP-2. A NEW
 SP-2 WAS NOT PROVIDED; AND THE PREVIOUS SP-2 JUST
 REFERENCES A STANDARD 4-FOOT WROUGHT IRON FENCE. IT IS
 MY UNDERSTANDING FROM OUR DISCUSSIONS THAT THIS FENCE
 WILL RECESS INTO THE GROUND DURING THE HOURS WHEN THE
 PUBLIC WALKWAY IS OPEN. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF IT IS TO BE
 MOVABLE, PLEASE NOTE SUCH ON THE PLANS.
  
 2. THE PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS ON SHEET L-4.02 ARE DIFFICULT
 TO READ. PLEASE INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE LABELS,
 PROVIDE THE LEVELS AT THE PROPERTY LINES, AND ENSURE
 THAT THE LEVELS DO NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE. SHIELDING MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 3. WHILE THE PROPOSED GREEN WALL WOULD LIKELY BE
 SUFFICIENT, IT WAS ENVISIONED THAT IT WOULD BE MORE OF
 A "MANICURED", "ARTISTIC" AND "FINISHED" LOOK THAN A
 VINE GROWING ON A WIRE LATTICE. SOME OF THE IMAGES
 PROVIDED BY GOOGLE IMAGES WHEN USING THE SEARCH PHRASE
 "GREEN WALLS" IS WHAT STAFF WAS ENVISIONING. WOULD
 THERE BE ANY CONSIDERATION OF DOING THIS TYPE OF
 STRUCTURE?
